1.  Founder of Computer is Charles Babbage.

Born: December 26, 1791 in London, England
Death: October 18, 1871 (Age: 79)

Charles Babbage is consider as a father of computer in 1837 after invention of Analytical Engine containing an ALU (Arithmetic and Logic Unit). and it is the First General Purpose computer concept. but there is no positive result while Charles Babbage was alive because of funding issues. In 1910 Charles Babbage youngest son Henry Babbage complete the half portion of this machine and able to perform basic calculations. In 1991  the London Science Museum completed working version of the analytical engine which is developed by Babbage discovered his initial development of the Analytical Engine.

Although Babbage never completed his invention in his life time, his ideas and concepts of the computer are what make him the father of computing.

 
 

2.  Founder of Google is Larry Page and Sergey Brin.

Google began in January 1996, as a research project by Larry Page, who was soon joined by Sergey Brin, when they were both PhD students at Stanford University in California. They incorporated Google as a Private Company in September 4,1998. It is offered to public on August 19,2004. Its mission was "to provide world's information and make it universally accessible and useful." Google head quarters are in Mountain view, California. Its nicknamed the Googleplex.

3. Founder of Facebook is Mark Elliot Zuckerberg.

Born: May 14,1984 in white Plains, New York, US.

Mark Zuckerberg is an American computer Programmer and Internet entrepreneur. He is best known as one of five co-founder of the social networking site Facebook. Zukerberg is the chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Facebook in April 2013. The Facebook launched from Harvard's rooms. The group of zuckerberg  then introduced Facebook onto other campuses. In 2007 Zuckerberg became a billionaire at the age of 23. In 2012 the total number of Facebook were one billion.

WhatsApp Messenger is an instant messaging Subscription Service for smart phones and selected phones which uses the internet for communication.  WhatsApp was founded in 2009 by US          citizens Brain Action and Jan Koum. Jan Koum is also CEO of WhatsApp Inc. Both are the employees of Yahoo!. In December 2013 WhatsApp claimed 400 million active users use the service each month. In April 22,2014 Whats had over 500 million active users.

 

5.  Founder of Microsoft is Bill Gates and Paul allen.

Bill Gates is the former chief executive and chairman of Microsoft. It is the world's Largest personal computer software company which is co-founded with Paul Allen. In 2011 Bill Gates was the wealthiest American and the world's second wealthiest Person. As of June 2014, he is still the richest. He has also authored some Book also. He Stepped down as chairman of Microsoft in February 2014, taking on a new post as technology advisor to support newly appointed CEO Satya Nadella.      

6. Developer of Gmail is Paul Buchheit.

Paul T. Buchheit is a Computer Programmer and entrepreneur.  He is the creator and lead Developer of Gmail. He developed the original prototype of Google Adsense  as part of his work on Gmail. 

7. Founder of Wikipedia is Jimmy Donal  Wales and Larry Sanger.

Jimmy Wales is an American Internet entrepreneur best known as the co-founder of the online non-profit Wikipedia and for profit wikia web-hosting company. Larry Sanger is an internet Project developer and co-founder of wikipedia. On Janary 15,2001 with Larry Sanger and othre Jimmy Wales launched Wikipedia a free, open content encyclopedia.     

8. Co-founder, chairman and CEO of Apple inc is Steven Paul Jobs.

Born: February 24,1955 in San Francisco, California, US.

Death: October 5,2011 (aged 56).

 

 

 

Steve Jobs was an American entrepreneur, marketer and inventor. Jobs also co-founded and served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios. he became member of the board of directors of the Walt Disney Company in 2006, when Disney acquired Pixar. Jobs was the first to see the commercial potential of Xerox PARC's a mouse-driven graphical user interface. 

9. Founder of Flipkart is Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal.

Flipkart is an e-commerce company founded in 2007 by Binny Bansal and Sachin Bansal. Flipkart headquarter is in Bangalore Karnataka. It is registered in Singapore, and owned by a Singapore based holding company. Flipkart website is one of the 10 most visited website in india according to Alexa Internet. Sachin and Binny both are from Chandigarh and graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi with degree in computer engineering. Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal both were previously employed by Amazon.

 

10. Inventor of Email is VA Shiva Ayyadurai.

Born: December 2,1963 in Mumbai, India.

VA Shiva Ayyadurai is form Tamil Family. He is an Indian-American scientist, inventor and entrepreneur. As a high school student in 1978, he developed a full-scaled emulation of the interoffice mail system which calles "EMAIL" and copyright in 1982. Ayyadurai teaches System Visualization at MIT.
